Returns Policy: Tubo Sport will attempt to replace any and all defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase.

All items must be in new unworn condition with all the tags attached and returned to Tubo Sport

Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Also a $10.00 fee will be charged for redirected packages.What is a redirected package? It is when you have provided us with the wrong address, the shipper calls us and tells us this and the package needs to be redirected to the right address.

Health regulations and common sense requires that all swimwear be tried on over underwear or may not be returned. Tubo Sport reserves the right to reserve/return any and all items which have been improperly cared for or abused. No return will be accepted without a prior authorization. Otherwise, any parcel returned without authorisation will be refused. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine or other pool chemicals.

Pricing Errors: Tubo Sport reserves the right to change prices without notice. As always, you will receive the most current prices when you call. Tubo Sport is not responsible for any typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing to match our current published price.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tubo Sport. We respectfully reserve the right to decline service to anyone we choose.

Refund Policy: Customers who return a product and are not able to take an exchange, will be issued a refund at the request of the customer.

New, unused products returned to us within 15 days of the original shipment date will be accepted, subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge. There will be no exceptions made.
